MCbets' Thursday Player Prop Picks: Longest Active Win Streaks in NBA & NHL - 2/9

Let's take a look at who has the longest active prop hit streaks headed into this Thursday nights NBA & NHL slates.

The Panthers are heavy favs (-215) vs the Sharks tonight and should find the back of the net frequently as San Jose ranks 29th in Goals allowed. Montour has 44 assists on the season and in 5 of his L10 his point tally has come on the PP. When you play with two guys knocking on the door of 30 goals, we can see why he has the longest active point streak in the league. Panthers TT o3.5 not a bad play tonight either.

Tyler Toffoli takes his nine game shots prop to Detroit where the Red Wings are giving up 30 shots per game on the season. Over his L5 games Toffoli has attempted eight shots twice and another game with 6. He will be facing a Wings team who gives up Top 10 shots against RWs. He has been steady averaging 15 mins TOI and has also been getting some PP run averaging over 2 mins per game his L5.

Headed to the hardwood where we have kind of a wacky slate with the trades last night and the pending trade deadline but nonetheless, there are some guys carrying 6-game streaks into the night...

Assists seem to be the trend tonight as we see Aaron Gordon (DEN), Royce O'Neale (BKN), Dejounte Murray (ATL), and Nikola Vucevic (CHI) all riding six game assist streaks. 

O'Neale and Gordon draw the best matchups to continue as their opponents rank 23rd and 24th in overall assists. O'Neale is facing the 3rd best D vs SF so look for him to be a facilitator. Can Cam Thomas score 40 again?!?! For Gordon, keep an eye on if Murray is playing tonight, if not Gordon recorded 8 assists in his absence last game. 

Vucevic has cleared in 9/10 in addition to the 6-straight and averaging 5 per game at that. his line sits at 3.5 with a price of -160 on DK. Murray is also averaging a full 1.5 assists higher than his line over this six game streak. Who knows what PHX team the Hawks will see tonight so sometimes the best bets are the ones you don't place. or hammer the over, what do I know??
